EDUKASI DAN SKRINING KESEHATAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KESADARAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PENYAKIT TIDAK MENULAR MELALUI PENGABDIAN MASYARAKAT

Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) merupakan penyebab utama morbiditas dan mortalitas di Indonesia sehingga diperlukan upaya promotif dan preventif melalui deteksi dini di tingkat masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor risiko PTM sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pemeriksaan kesehatan berkala. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Pos Pembinaan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM) di salah satu Kelurahan Kembangan Selatan, Jakarta Barat, selama Januari–Juni 2026 dengan pendekatan Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA). Sebanyak 72 peserta dewasa (≥18 tahun) mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan yang meliputi skrining kesehatan dan edukasi individual berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan. Skrining meliputi pengukuran tekanan darah, lingkar perut, kadar gula darah sewaktu, kolesterol total, dan asam urat menggunakan metode point-of-care testing (POCT). Hasil skrining menunjukkan prevalensi obesitas sentral sebesar 69,4%, hiperkolesterolemia 58,3%, hiperurisemia 36,1%, hipertensi 25,0%, dan diabetes melitus 4,2%. Seluruh peserta memperoleh penjelasan mengenai hasil pemeriksaan, faktor risiko yang dimiliki, rekomendasi perubahan gaya hidup, serta anjuran melakukan pemeriksaan lanjutan bagi peserta dengan hasil di luar batas normal. Indikator keberhasilan kegiatan ditunjukkan oleh terlaksananya skrining dan edukasi kepada seluruh peserta serta teridentifikasinya faktor risiko PTM sebagai dasar tindak lanjut promotif dan preventif di tingkat pelayanan primer. Pelaksanaan skrining yang terintegrasi dengan edukasi kesehatan melalui Posbindu PTM merupakan pendekatan yang mendukung deteksi dini faktor risiko PTM, meningkatkan akses masyarakat terhadap informasi kesehatan, serta memperkuat upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit tidak menular di tingkat komunitas.
