PENILAIAN FUNGSI HATI MELALUI PEMERIKSAAN SGOT DAN SGPT UNTUK DETEKSI DINI GANGGUAN HEPATOSELULER PADA DEWASA DI KELURAHAN SEMANAN

Abstract

Gangguan fungsi hati masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang memerlukan upaya deteksi dini melalui skrining berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengevaluasi fungsi hati menggunakan parameter SGOT dan SGPT pada masyarakat dewasa. Sebanyak 155 responden mengikuti kegiatan skrining dengan rerata usia 46,49 ± 10,29 tahun (rentang 19–80 tahun). Mayoritas peserta berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 109 orang (70,3%), sedangkan laki-laki sebanyak 46 orang (29,7%). Hasil pemeriksaan menunjukkan rerata kadar SGOT sebesar 21,41 ± 5,85 U/L dan SGPT sebesar 20,67 ± 11,76 U/L yang secara umum masih berada dalam batas normal. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, rerata kadar SGOT dan SGPT pada laki-laki masing-masing sebesar 22,02 U/L dan 23,00 U/L, sedangkan pada perempuan sebesar 21,16 U/L dan 19,69 U/L. Meskipun sebagian besar peserta memiliki fungsi hati dalam kisaran normal, beberapa peserta menunjukkan peningkatan kadar enzim hati yang memerlukan evaluasi lebih lanjut. Kegiatan skrining yang disertai edukasi mengenai pola makan sehat, aktivitas fisik, pengendalian berat badan, dan penggunaan obat secara bijak memberikan gambaran awal mengenai status kesehatan hati masyarakat serta mendukung upaya deteksi dini dan pencegahan gangguan fungsi hati
