PENINGKATAN KESADARAN KESEHATAN KULIT MELALUI SKRINING KADAR AIR, SEBUM, DAN HIDRASI KULIT PADA POPULASI DEWASA

Kesehatan kulit merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga fungsi barier tubuh dan kualitas hidup, yang dipengaruhi oleh keseimbangan kadar air, hidrasi, dan produksi sebum. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran kesehatan kulit melalui skrining kadar air, minyak (sebum), dan hidrasi kulit pada populasi dewasa . Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Plan;Do;Check;Act (PDCA) dengan pemeriksaan non-invasif menggunakan skin analyzer serta pengumpulan data demografis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa responden didominasi usia dewasa dengan distribusi jenis kelamin yang relatif seimbang. Parameter water dan oil menunjukkan variasi yang cukup luas, sedangkan hydration relatif berada dalam kisaran fisiologis. Analisis berdasarkan jenis kelamin menunjukkan laki-laki memiliki kadar water, hydration, dan oil yang cenderung lebih tinggi dibandingkan perempuan. Variabilitas ini mencerminkan adanya pengaruh faktor fisiologis, komposisi tubuh, serta lingkungan terhadap kondisi kulit. Skrining berbasis komunitas memberikan gambaran objektif mengenai status kesehatan kulit serta menjadi dasar edukasi promotif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga hidrasi dan fungsi barier kulit secara optimal.
