Industri 4.0 telah mengubah paradigma operasional pabrik melalui digitalisasi, automasi, dan integrasi sistem berbasis cloud. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Node-REDsebagai gateway komunikasi antara PLC Mitsubishi Q Seriesyang digunakan pada robot spot welding 5 D03 dan server berbasis cloud, menggunakan protokol Ethernet UDP. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan integrasi antar perangkat yang memiliki protokol komunikasi berbeda, meminimalisir biaya, dan meningkatkan akurasi monitoring produksi secara real-time. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis sistem, konfigurasi parameter komunikasi, pengembangan program Node-RED berbasis flowchart, serta uji coba di lapangan pada departemen welding dan stamping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Node-RED memberikan kompatibilitas tinggi, efisiensi biaya, dan performa konektivitas yang konsisten yang mendukung operasional sistem manufaktur berbasis cloud.
