Abstract

Pemilihan supplier memerlukan penilaian yang mampu menempatkan kepentingan setiap kriteria secara proporsional dan membandingkan kinerja supplier dengan arah atribut yang berbeda. Penelitian ini memadukan Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) untuk membentuk bobot delapan kriteria dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menormalisasi serta memeringkat 100 alternatif supplier. Pemeriksaan dilakukan dengan menghitung ulang nilai preferensi, memisahkan sumbangan atribut biaya dan manfaat, serta mengubah setiap bobot sebesar 20% secara bergantian dalam 16 skenario. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa bobot SMART dapat digunakan langsung dalam agregasi SAW. Peringkat pertama tidak berubah pada 12 skenario, sedangkan korelasi urutan supplier pada seluruh skenario tetap lebih dari 0,99. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa susunan peringkat relatif stabil, meskipun dua supplier teratas masih dapat bertukar posisi ketika prioritas tertentu berubah. Dengan hasil ini, perubahan urutan supplier dapat dipahami dari perubahan bobot dan nilai pada masing-masing kriteria..
