DAMPAK DIGITALISASI OPERASIONAL MELALUI SISTEM INFORMASI TERPADU TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS DAN NILAI BISNIS: STUDI LITERATUR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis temuan-temuan literatur terkait dampak digitalisasi operasional melalui sistem informasi terpadu terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan penciptaan nilai bisnis organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, melalui penelusuran dan seleksi publikasi ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan dan mekanisme konseptual antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi operasional berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, otomasi proses, dan kualitas data, sementara sistem informasi terpadu memperkuat integrasi data dan proses kerja, mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti, serta mempercepat respons organisasi terhadap dinamika lingkungan bisnis. Kombinasi digitalisasi operasional dan sistem informasi terpadu terbukti berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas organisasi dan penciptaan nilai bisnis, baik dari sisi efisiensi operasional, kualitas layanan, maupun keunggulan kompetitif. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi operasional dan sistem informasi terpadu merupakan strategi fundamental yang saling melengkapi dalam mendorong produktivitas dan nilai bisnis organisasi, dengan keberhasilan implementasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan teknologi, kualitas sumber daya manusia, dan dukungan manajerial dalam pengelolaan perubahan di era transformasi digital.
