Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi optimalisasi implementasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis cloud dalam sektor industri untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, sistem informasi berbasis cloud menawarkan berbagai keuntungan, termasuk penghematan biaya, kemudahan akses, dan peningkatan kinerja operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa perusahaan industri yang telah mengadopsi sistem ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem informasi manajemen berbasis cloud dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dengan cara menyederhanakan proses bisnis, mengurangi kesalahan manual, serta mempermudah kolaborasi antar departemen. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi ini sangat bergantung pada kesiapan organisasi dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru dan perlunya pelatihan bagi sumber daya manusia. Dalam kegiatan ini, sebanyak lima mitra industri terlibat secara aktif sebagai bagian dari studi kasus untuk memberikan wawasan praktis dan validasi terhadap hasil temuan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memberikan panduan bagi perusahaan industri dalam memanfaatkan teknologi cloud untuk memaksimalkan potensi efisiensi operasional.
