The Article Processing Charge (APC) covers various editorial and publication services, including:

Editorial administration and manuscript management from submission through publication.

Initial editorial screening and evaluation of manuscript suitability and quality.

Double-Blind Peer Review conducted by competent reviewers with expertise relevant to the article's field.

Manuscript evaluation, editorial decision-making, and revision management.

Copyediting and language editing to ensure the clarity, consistency, and quality of the manuscript.

Layout editing in accordance with the journal's template and publication standards.

Registration of a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for each published article.

Final quality and publication-readiness checks prior to publication.

Online publication of the article in the designated journal issue.

Digital archiving and preservation of published articles to support long-term access and publication sustainability.
*Refund Policy
Once the APC payment has been made, the fee paid is non-refundable, including in cases where the author requests manuscript withdrawal after the payment has been made.
