Author's Guide
Please use the following template when preparing your manuscript. Authors are required to copy the contents of their manuscripts into the journal template provided.
All manuscripts must be written in ENGLISH.
The template already contains the styles and formatting required for manuscript preparation. Please save your manuscript in *.doc or *.docx format. Do not submit manuscripts in *.pdf format, as the editable format is required to facilitate the editorial and peer-review processes.
Title
The title should be written in Cambria, 14 pt.
The title should be concise, informative, specific, and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
Abstract (Cambria, 10 pt)
The abstract must contain 200–250 words and should be written in English. The abstract must be written in italicized text.
The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. It should provide a brief overview of the research, including:
- the research background or problem;
- the rationale and significance of the research topic;
- the research objectives;
- the methods used; and
- the main results and findings.
The abstract should conclude with a brief statement regarding the significance of the findings or the main conclusion of the study. The abstract should be written as a single paragraph and should not contain citations, tables, figures, or unexplained abbreviations.
Keywords (Cambria, 10 pt)
Provide 3–5 keywords that represent the main concepts of the manuscript. Keywords should be written in lowercase letters, except for proper nouns and standard abbreviations, and separated by commas.
Keywords should be relevant to the content of the manuscript and should preferably reflect the main topics discussed in the study.
Example: information systems, computing technology, data mining
Manuscript Structure (Cambria, 11 pt)
The manuscript should be organized according to the following structure:
- Introduction
- Research Methodology
- Results and Discussion
- Conclusion
- Acknowledgments (if applicable)
- References
Subheadings should be written in Times New Roman, 10 pt, bold.
Introduction
The Introduction should provide a clear and logical background to the research. It should address the following aspects:
- research background and context;
b. a brief and relevant literature review;
c. the research gap or problem that motivates the study;
d. the rationale and significance of the research; and
e. the research objectives or research questions.
The Introduction should clearly demonstrate the relevance and contribution of the research to the existing body of knowledge.
Research Methodology
The Research Methodology section should describe the methods, procedures, materials, instruments, datasets, and techniques used in the study.
The methodology should be presented clearly, concisely, and accurately, including relevant details such as sample size, data sources, research procedures, experimental conditions, measurement techniques, analytical methods, and validation procedures, where applicable.
Any newly developed or modified methods should be described in sufficient detail to enable other researchers to reproduce the study. Established methods may be described concisely with appropriate references to the relevant literature.
Results and Discussion
This section presents the results of the study and should account for approximately 25–30% of the total manuscript length.
The research results may be presented using tables, graphs, charts, diagrams, or figures, where appropriate. All tables and figures must be clearly numbered, titled, and referred to in the main text. Images should be provided in PNG or JPG format with sufficient resolution to ensure clarity and readability.
The discussion should explain and interpret the results systematically and logically. It should highlight the meaning and implications of the findings, relate them to relevant theories and previous studies, and provide appropriate comparisons with findings reported in the existing literature.
The authors should clearly identify the advantages, originality, and unique contributions of the study compared with previous research. The discussion should emphasize how the findings address the identified research gap and contribute to the development of knowledge, methods, practices, or applications in the relevant field.
The organization of the Results and Discussion section should be consistent with the Research Methodology. Each major step, procedure, or stage described in the research methodology should be followed by the corresponding results and an appropriate discussion. This consistency is important to ensure a clear and logical connection between the research process, findings, and interpretation.
Conclusion
The Conclusion should provide a concise summary of the main findings presented in the Results and Discussion sections.
The conclusion must directly address the research objectives or research questions and clearly state the main contributions or implications of the study. It should be written concisely and logically based on the findings of the research.
The conclusion must be presented in narrative form and not in bullet points or numbered lists. Avoid introducing new data, arguments, references, or information that has not been discussed in the preceding sections.
References
The reference list must be prepared using the APA 7th Edition citation and referencing style.
Authors must use reference management software, such as Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, or other compatible reference management tools, to organize and format citations and references consistently.
All references cited in the manuscript must be included in the reference list, and all references listed must be cited in the manuscript. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency, and relevance of all references.
Authors are also encouraged to prioritize recent and relevant scholarly sources, particularly peer-reviewed journal articles, and to ensure that all cited sources are accessible and verifiable.

Length of Manuscripts
Manuscripts should be prepared using A4 paper size and should contain a minimum of 10 pages and a maximum of 20 pages, including tables, figures, and references.
Authors must follow all formatting and writing requirements specified in this Author's Guide and the journal template.
Tables
Tables must be numbered consecutively according to their order of appearance in the manuscript (e.g., Table 1, Table 2, Table 3).
The table title should be placed above the table and aligned center. The font size for both the table title and table contents should be 9 pt.
Each table must be referred to and discussed in the main text. Tables should be clear, concise, and appropriately formatted.
Figures
Figures must be numbered consecutively according to their order of appearance in the manuscript (e.g., Figure 1, Figure 2, Figure 3).
The figure caption should be placed below the figure and aligned center. The font size for figure captions should be 9 pt.
Each figure must be referred to and discussed in the main text. Figures should be clear, legible, and of sufficient resolution to ensure that all relevant information can be clearly identified.
