Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong perubahan signifikan dalam pengelolaan usaha, khususnya pada aktivitas operasional, pemasaran, dan pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Transformasi tersebut menuntut masyarakat, terutama pelaku UMKM, untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan pemanfaatan teknologi digital agar usaha dapat berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Meskipun penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi telah cukup dikenal, sebagian besar masyarakat masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam penerapan teknologi digital untuk pengelolaan operasional usaha, seperti pencatatan transaksi, manajemen persediaan, pelayanan pelanggan, dan evaluasi usaha. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya peningkatan literasi digital sebagai bagian dari penguatan ekonomi lokal berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Bisnis Digital, Universitas Bakti Tunas Husada, bertempat di SMK Sobat Bumi. Sasaran kegiatan meliputi akademisi, pelaku UMKM, ibu-ibu PKK, karang taruna, serta masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai optimalisasi pengelolaan operasi bisnis digital dalam memperkuat keberlanjutan usaha di era digital. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan kolaboratif, yang mencakup sosialisasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan praktik, pendampingan, monitoring, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai konsep bisnis digital, pengelolaan operasi usaha, serta penerapan teknologi digital dalam aktivitas bisnis sehari-hari. Peserta mampu memahami pentingnya integrasi teknologi tidak hanya untuk promosi, tetapi juga untuk pencatatan usaha, pengelolaan pelanggan, perencanaan operasional, dan evaluasi kinerja usaha. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesiapan masyarakat dalam mengadopsi platform digital sebagai sarana pengembangan usaha yang lebih efisien dan adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan literasi digital masyarakat serta penguatan kapasitas usaha lokal. Program ini menjadi salah satu strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat yang efektif dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha berbasis teknologi, sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi masyarakat dalam menghadapi transformasi digital.
