Abstract

Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang mempengaruhi hampir semua ibu hamil di seluruh dunia adalah anemia. Anemia selama kehamilan merupakan  faktor risiko kematian ibu, infeksi ibu dan janin, keguguran dan kelahiran prematur. Selain itu kehamilan juga dapat menyebabkan perubahan Pregnance Health Behavior Scale (PHBS). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasi. Analisis dengan menggunakan uji Chi-square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil yang berada di kabupaten Aceh Besar, teknik pengambilan sampel secara  purposive sampling. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan prinsip yang diizinkan dalam penelitian keperawatan dengan menggunakan effect size (d)=0,3. power=0,8 dan α=0,05 two tailed maka diperoleh ukuran besar sampel berjumlah 85 orang dengan drop out 10% sehingga total sampel berjumlah 93,5 dibulatkan menjadi 94 orang. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan hasil uji diperoleh nilai kemaknaan p=0,001 yang berarti menunjukkan ada hubungan antara perilaku ibu hamil dengan kejadian anemia. Terdapat hubungan antara Pregnance Health Behavior Scale dengan kejadian anemia, diharapkan ibu hamil
