TULANG SESAMOID: STUDI LITERATUR TENTANG STRUKTUR, FUNGSI, dan SIGNIFIKANSI KLINISNYA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi berbagai studi terkini mengenai potensi senyawa bioaktif dari tanaman sebagai agen antikanker melalui pendekatan molecular docking dan uji drug-likeness. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan menelaah 15 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025 dari database Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, dan PubMed. Artikel yang terpilih memuat data senyawa tanaman terhadap berbagai reseptor protein kanker seperti EGFR, ER-α, COX-2, dan p53, disertai dengan evaluasi energi ikatan (ΔG) dan karakteristik farmakokinetik senyawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa senyawa seperti kuersetin, kurkumin, kalkon, dan oxylaxanthone A memiliki afinitas ikatan kuat terhadap target protein kanker dengan nilai ΔG yang kompetitif terhadap ligan natif, serta profil kimiawi yang mendukung pengembangan sebagai kandidat obat. Simpulan, studi ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendekatan in silico berbasis molecular docking dan drug-likeness merupakan metode yang efektif dalam skrining awal senyawa antikanker dari tanaman, dan hasilnya perlu divalidasi lebih lanjut melalui uji biologis in vitro maupun in vivo untuk mendukung pengembangan fitofarmaka sebagai terapi kanker yang berkelanjutan.
