TRANSFORMASI DARI TRADISIONAL KE MODERN: PENDEKATAN STRATEGIS MANAJEMEN KURIKULUM PESANTREN UNTUK DAYA SAING GLOBAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi transformasi manajemen dari pesantren tradisional menuju pesantren modern pada Pondok Pesantren Salaf Darussalam Rejoagung, Srono, Banyuwangi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melibatkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen, serta melibatkan informan dari berbagai unsur pesantren, seperti pengasuh, guru, santri, alumni, dan wali santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi manajemen dilakukan melalui tiga aspek utama: inovasi kurikulum terpadu yang menggabungkan ilmu agama dan umum, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran, serta pengembangan kewirausahaan berbasis pesantren sebagai sarana pemberdayaan santri dan sumber pendapatan lembaga. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa transformasi ini meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, relevansi keterampilan santri terhadap dunia kerja, serta memperkuat posisi pesantren dalam menghadapi tantangan global tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai keislaman.
