KEBERLANJUTAN DAN KINERJA LINGKUNGAN BANDARA: EVALUASI PERAN ECO DESAIN, EFISIENSI SUMBER DAYA, DAN TANGGAPAN KEPENTINGAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi peran eco-design, efisiensi sumber daya, dan tanggapan pemangku kepentingan terhadap keberlanjutan serta kinerja lingkungan bandara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan (systematic literature review) terhadap publikasi ilmiah, laporan teknis internasional, serta dokumen kebijakan terkait periode 2020–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa eco-design berkontribusi terhadap pengurangan jejak karbon dan peningkatan efisiensi energi melalui penerapan desain sirkular, material berkelanjutan, dan teknologi digital seperti BIM 6D–7D. Efisiensi sumber daya berperan penting dalam dekarbonisasi sistem bandara melalui penggunaan energi terbarukan, daur ulang air, serta pengelolaan limbah berbasis ekonomi sirkular. Sementara itu, tanggapan positif dan partisipatif dari pemangku kepentingan menjadi faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan hijau dan legitimasi sosial bandara. Integrasi ketiga faktor tersebut dalam kerangka teori Transisi Sosio-Teknis dan Teori Pemangku Kepentingan menunjukkan bahwa keberlanjutan bandara menuntut perubahan sistemik yang mencakup aspek teknis, institusional, dan sosial secara simultan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi teoretis, metodologis, dan praktis dalam upaya mewujudkan operasional bandara yang efisien, inklusif, dan ramah lingkungan.
