PEMANFAATAN EXECUTIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM DAN BIG DATA ANALYTICS DALAM MENDUKUNG KINERJA MANAJERIAL: STUDI LITERATUR SISTEMATIS

Perkembangan transformasi digital mendorong organisasi memanfaatkan Executive Support System (ESS) dan Big Data Analytics (BDA) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan strategis. Meskipun demikian, penelitian mengenai kedua teknologi tersebut masih didominasi oleh pembahasan secara terpisah sehingga hubungan integratif keduanya belum banyak disintesis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran ESS dan BDA dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis serta menyusun kerangka konseptual integrasi kedua teknologi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada pedoman PRISMA. Proses penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui basis data Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect, IEEE Xplore, dan Garuda, dengan rentang publikasi tahun 2016–2025. Berdasarkan proses identifikasi, penyaringan, dan seleksi, diperoleh 32 artikel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi untuk dianalisis. Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa BDA berperan sebagai kapabilitas analitik yang menghasilkan wawasan strategis melalui pengolahan data berskala besar, sedangkan ESS berfungsi sebagai media visualisasi informasi yang mendukung interpretasi hasil analisis oleh manajemen puncak. Integrasi ESS dan BDA terbukti meningkatkan kecepatan, akurasi, serta efektivitas pengambilan keputusan sekaligus mendorong penerapan data-driven decision making. Kontribusi ilmiah penelitian ini terletak pada penyusunan kerangka konseptual integrasi ESS–BDA yang menjelaskan hubungan antara analytics layer dan presentation layer sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan strategis berbasis data pada organisasi
