TRANSFORMASI MODEL BISNIS MELALUI PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI UNTUK MENDORONG INOVASI DAN NILAI BISNIS: STUDI LITERATUR

Transformasi model bisnis melalui penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi faktor kunci dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif dan mendorong inovasi di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana penerapan teknologi informasi dapat mengubah model bisnis tradisional menjadi lebih adaptif, efisien, dan berorientasi pada nilai bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara transformasi digital, inovasi, dan penciptaan nilai bisnis pada berbagai sektor industri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur (literature review) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber sekunder, termasuk artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan riset, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi konsep-konsep utama terkait transformasi model bisnis digital, seperti integrasi teknologi informasi, digitalisasi proses bisnis, inovasi berbasis data, serta strategi adaptasi organisasi dalam menghadapi disrupsi teknologi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi informasi berperan signifikan dalam mempercepat transformasi model bisnis melalui peningkatan efisiensi operasional, fleksibilitas organisasi, serta kemampuan perusahaan untuk menciptakan nilai baru bagi pelanggan. Inovasi digital terbukti menjadi katalis utama dalam mengubah paradigma bisnis, dari model konvensional menuju ekosistem bisnis yang terintegrasi dan berbasis pengetahuan. Namun, penelitian juga mengidentifikasi tantangan dalam hal kesiapan sumber daya manusia, keamanan data, dan kesenjangan teknologi antar organisasi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar organisasi memanfaatkan teknologi informasi tidak hanya sebagai alat pendukung operasional, tetapi juga sebagai strategi utama dalam membangun inovasi berkelanjutan dan memperkuat nilai bisnis di era transformasi digital.
