REGULASI FINTECH: TANTANGAN DAN PELUANG BAGI INDUSTRI PERBANKAN
Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi keuangan (fintech) menuntut adanya regulasi yang adaptif terhadap dinamika digital dan perubahan perilaku konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tantangan dan peluang regulasi fintech bagi sektor perbankan dalam konteks transformasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengacu pada teori disrupsi dan technology spillover sebagai kerangka konseptual. Literatur dikumpulkan dari berbagai database akademik ternama dan dianalisis melalui pendekatan PRISMA serta kerangka TCCM (Theory–Context–Characteristics–Methodology). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi mendorong efisiensi dan inklusi keuangan, namun juga menghadirkan tantangan seperti celah regulasi, risiko keamanan data, dan lemahnya koordinasi antarlembaga. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan regulasi berbasis prinsip, kolaborasi strategis antara bank dan fintech, serta penguatan pengawasan berbasis teknologi untuk mewujudkan ekosistem keuangan yang inovatif, aman, dan berkelanjutan.
